"No matter how much I wanted (and tried) to like this place, the fact that the staff knew our a/c was broke was extremely disappointing. That room cost us over $800 for one night! The lady that checked us in should have said something, given us options for another room, or even let us decide to go elsewhere. But no, they all kept silent and made us suffer. Do you know how miserable we were the entire night without air? In Key West of all places! It was hot! Very hot!!! We barely got any sleep...

"Perfect stay!"

"Staff is very nice. There are zero amenities. Rooms are so very small. The bathroom on our boat is bigger than the bathroom in the rooms. Only a little more than 100 square feet for the room. The provided “brunch” is call down and ask the front desk to make you a hard boiled egg or toast/bagel. The location is great for quick access to Duval, some museums, and water excursions. Zero elevator so if on second floor be prepared to carry all luggage up steep stairs. "

"Property was cozy and comfortable for the 1 night we stayed. I will say the room is very small so do not pack bulky items. There are some nearby restaurants, and nothing is too far away to get to. Only real improvement I'd suggest is the continental breakfast offering. Very minimal options, no eggs or hot food, nor were there any fresh fruit. "

"Not as impressed as I thought I would be. Bathroom doors wouldn’t stay shut, so no privacy. Sink wouldn’t drain. All lights controlled only by the front door. If you turn on the light for the bathroom, it also lit up the shower on the other side of room, which made the whole room light up, disturbing the sleep of your companion. Bar/eating area was short staffed causing long wait for drinks/food. And lastly, no decaf! Not everyone can drink caffeine. Everything else was good including the...
