"I stayed at this resort with my family and we had an amazing time! We came for relaxation so we spent most of our time in the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. We enjoyed poolside food for lunch and the restaurant on site for dinner. Food and atmosphere were great! The entire resort including our rooms were extremely clean. Staff were super friendly. Highly recommend! We will definitely be returning!"

"We stayed June 12-15, 2026. I read favorable reviews and felt it was a good choice. Wrong! When we walked in the lobby smelled heavily of Fabuloso, and remained that way our entire stay. The hallways smelled not something sour/rotten trying to be masked in Fabuloso. Our room smelled of weed-we did tell the front desk and he did offer to switch our room but we declined-and one of the plugs n did not work. "Would not give me a refund or change my dates to accommodate for delayed flight. I was charged for a day I was not even in the city. Expedia told me they can’t change it has to be the hotel, the hotel told me they can’t change it, it had to be Expedia. Overall terrible experience with both the hotel and Expedia."
