"Idéal location when travelling to airport for an early flight"

"We had a short, transitory stay at Success Hotel, and it was exactly what we needed. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, especially considering the very reasonable price. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were so helpful and went out of their way to seamlessly arrange a taxi for us to Hanoi Airport for our next destination. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, cleanliness, and value in Hanoi!"

"The hotel location was great and the staff was friendly, but the room was small and the black decor made it feel even smaller. Breakfast was definitely lacking, as there was not much of a selection."

"Loved this hotel! The cleanest one I’ve stayed in and such a comfortable stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Communication was easy and would highly recommend for others to stay here!"

"Room was comfortable and great service recovery from Steven improved the experience. Club lounge was relatively smaller, with more lounge seats than dining tables. During dinner hours, guests may have to share the larger dining table, creating more of a communal canteen vibe than exclusive lounge. More proper dining tables would help. There is also room for improvement in the attentiveness of lounge staff and service levels of doormen and coffee service during breakfast."

"The service was great the breakfast was good . The reception girl Ho ey was very well and gave nice service"

"The staff were amazing, caring, and total pros. Our massage was great, they have laundry service, and there were many delicious food and drink options. The hotel is charming, cozy and fun."

"The staff, breakfast and the outdoor pool was great! However, location is perfect. Love it!!"

"Firstly the staff were amazing would do anything for you, the location is the best we’ve ever had in a destination, super close to all you can see in the old quarter. The only thing to be aware of is that the property is quite noisy, we had to ask for ear plugs and are not particularly light sleepers. The walls are paper thin so anytime someone walks past you which was quite a lot on our floor due to the level we were on you can hear everything. The church behind also rings a lot of bells at...

"Staff were incredible, we strayed here twice and I can’t say enough about the staff. Rooms are small but are very functional and beds are perfect. Love love the design of both properties (only a few blocks from one another). On our first day we visited the spa for a jet lag treatment (amazing). Breakfast was delicious, with so much variety and the resto staff always smiling and welcoming. We truly miss being guests at this wonderful property."

"Very friendly"
