"Overall, I would rate my experience at this resort about a 5 out of 10. The resort itself was beautiful, but unfortunately, the experience did not live up to expectations.
There were supposed to be 2–3 pools, but only one pool was open during our stay. They also advertised having six restaurants, but only one was open at a time, which was very disappointing. The food outside of the restaurants was horrible, and even the food available through the preferred options was not very good.
