"The hotel is beautiful, the staff is super friendly and attentive. The rooms and amenities are great and the location is perfect. The only issue we had was that the housekeeping crew did a terrible job at cleaning our room the first day we were there, they did not replace the towels, they didn’t make the bed and left trash throughout the room. After we contacted reception about this the issue did not happen again. Other than that the stay was excelent, we really enjoyed the hotels private...

"This hotel more than exceeded our expectations - in adding an extra room to our reservation very accommodatingly, to the delicious breakfast spread, the well air-conditioned room and to the friendly front staff. We only detracted one star because housekeeping never came to clean our room nor offer to change our towels for a 3-night stay. Not sure if we had to specifically request for them to come…"

"Wir hatten ein sauberes, geräumiges Zimmer im sechsten Stock. Das Personal war stets freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber immer frisch und ausreichend. Der Frühstücksraum in der siebten Etage hatte eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Lage der Unterkunft war in nur wenigen Minuten Fußweg vom Meer entfernt. "Sicuramente non adatto a 3 persone. Il divano letto è un normale divano. Servizi di check in inesistenti. Siamo arrivati e abbiamo dovuto chiamare e ricevere le istruzioni via WhatsApp (stessa cosa successa il giorno seguente a una coppia di australiani). Poi scopriamo che la camera era allestita per 2 persone e noi eravamo in 3. E da ultimo il ristorante per la colazione era chiuso da 1 settimana, peccato che non siamo stati avvisati (ci hanno poi rimborsato le colazioni fatte). La struttura è...
