"Upon my arrival I was greeted by Brenda, who was extremely kind and helpful. She checked me in and provided recommendations to the nearby restaurants and have me directions to the venue that I was in town for. My room was clean, spacious and accommodating to my needs. Overall, my visit was pleasant and I would definitely recommend others to this hotel."

"The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location near the airport was excellent. We left before breakfast so cannot comment on that. Our biggest complaint was that the door into our room dragged so badly on the floor that it could not be opened the entire way. And when we mentioned it the next morning we were told it was a known problem! Why assign us that room then? The hotel did not appear to be full. This the poor rating."

"This place is awesome!! Very secure and quaint. Nice rooms and a comfortable bed. Access to the John Hand Club on the top floor is very nice. Location was great and service impeccable. We will stay there again."

"The room was beautiful but the "city view" that I paid extra for was a view of the parking garage across the street. My biggest complaint was the street light that was shining on our bed with no way to close the drapes. There were heavy drapes on either side of the window and then a sheer drape in the middle that did nothing for blocking that light. You couldn't pull the heavy drape across due to the lack of size and the way they were made to stay put on either side. Very poor design and...

"Rooms are as pictured. Be nice if there was a Microwave in each room but at least there was one. Very noisy Motel sits on an intersection of 2 main streets through town. Small facility but quant. I would use this again in future. "
