Best to get google maps to bring you to Krousonas town center and then put in the property address. Google maps in Crete will have you go down goat paths and should not be trusted. "Nice all-inclusive hotel but room was very warm upon arrival because the air conditioning only works with the key card. Spa was okay but not up to American standards so I would find another. The 100 credit was nice to use in the spa but does not work for the store. Very family friendly so prepare for kids around. Finally, although there are 5 pools, only 2 are available for normal guests."

"We were welcomed by the helpful couple at reception and showed to our rooms early. The rooms where nice and clean with a comfortable bed. We had a coffee maker in the room which was really nice. The rooms are small but comfortable. The reception gave us some good suggestions where to go for dinner. Everything was close by and within walking distance We had a nice breakfast at the hotel too with many delicious choices.. I can highly recommend this property"

"Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour 2 nuits afin d'effectuer dans les meilleures conditions la sublime mais difficile randonnée qui mène du plateau de Nida au sommet du Psiloritis. Pas vraiment le choix sur Anogia, village tout en longueur et sans charme comme cet hôtel pratique mais pas du tout chaleureux. C'est un assemblage de tout en mal fait, un bassin ignoble avec quatre oies criardes, une piscine et un spa ridicules, une taverne épouvantable etc. Seules choses qui sortent du lot: l'accueil...

"This was one of the most beautiful old style hotel with Amazing details. They have suites with balcony,sitting room,canopy bed so comfortable it is hard to get up,ac in the room, breakfest is really good and so is the restaurant. The inner garden has a pool. The staff were helpful and kind. Don't look for an elevator, the staff will help you with your suitcases. Parking is around the corner 24 hours cost 17€. I would definitely stay there again."
