"Absolutely loved our stay at SereS Springs Resort! From start to finish, everything was amazing — the staff were so warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help with anything we needed. The hotel itself is stunning — peaceful, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by nature. Our room was spotless, with lovely ambient lighting, daily fresh water bottles, complete toiletries, and the most gorgeous view of rice terraces in the background. It felt relaxing and happy the entire time. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal — tons of options, fresh fruits, juices, hot dishes, and attentive service. We looked forward to it every morning! The front desk staff always greeted us with a smile and were super helpful in arranging taxis and anything else we asked. Next time we’re in Ubud, we’ll definitely stay here again — no question. Can’t recommend it enough!"

"Pros- excellent location, friendly staff, good breakfast with vegetarian options( they made veg noodles for me separately), quiet and safe place in the city, display of Bali culture within the premises. Totally enjoyed our stay Cons- a bit outdated rooms, had a very noisy family in the adjacent villa which was a bit annoying. The receptionist was telling me they had upgraded our room while we paid and booked for this. When pointed out, she apologised. didn’t offer any upgrade options though eligible Overall a good hotel and would book again definitely "
