The hotel's location was perfect—it's conveniently located and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and other attractions. One of the best parts was the beautiful beach directly across the street, making it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever I wanted. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. "Our stay at Mana Kai Maui was just okay. The hotel and property was clean and had the basic amenities offered. Unfortunately, the staff communication was a bit challenging. It appeared that we had to communicate to a specific hotel staff member that could only be accessed thru phone call, during specific hours. When seeking help at the front desk, I was scolded and told to contact the other representative. It was a bit frustrating as we are used to utilizing the front desk for support. In...

"We only stayed one night, however the staff were very helpful. We had a night time visitor (one of the property's cats) which we loved. The room was small but well appointed. The property is really cool with tons of amenities and the location was right in the middle of all of the action. Loved it!"

"The resort was excellent. The only downside was the beach. The property is across the street from the beach and the beach isn’t that nice. Fortunately there are nice beaches just a short drive away."
