We stayed for 2 weeks and never once had an issue, in fact this hotel was our home base as we explored all over Egypt. I will be staying at the Swiss Inn Nile again when I return to Cairo."

"It was very bad experience. It's nothing lik pic the carpet are really dirty the room super tiny the AC is not working the property is so old in everything furniture bedding. No shower gel or shampoo. The fridge is empty even no water bottles. i don't advise anyone to try it "

"Expedia does not even have a contract with this hotel! We arrived at 2:00 in the morning to no room and ended up walking around Cairo in the middle of the night until we could find another hotel ourselves. "

"The food is terrible with very limited options. I asked for juice but they didn’t have it for breakfast. Asked for water instead but I was charged for it. TV cable never worked, although I asked repeatedly for it to be fixed. Internet was not working half of my stay. Hand soap in the bathroom was watered down. You get what you paid for basically!!!"
