"We arrived to the hotel it was clean, quiet, and so was the room. There were the usual hand soaps, lotion, shampoo, conditioner & body wash, with plenty of towels. The was a small but manageable issue with the shuttle. Plenty of space but unfortunately elderly lady placed herself in difficult position leaving the shuttle departing with 6 less passengers and 8 of us still waiting up to 20 minutes more. Over all good night sleeping space."

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. If we could have changed anything about our visit, it would have been that the TV in our room to include the ABC network in the list of available networks. We were not able to watch the NBA Championship Game on June 13, 2026 from the TV in the room. We had to watch the game on our phone device through the ESPN APP. However, the hotel did have the game showing in the Restaurant, located in the lobby. However, we opted to ditch the crowd and stay in our room. Our team loss anyways. We're not sore losers. So congratulations New York Knicks! Thank you Hyatt Regency Staff! C. Prowell"
