"The staff were so friendly and helpful. They phoned to check we were happy with our room. Also they put our daughters’ room next to ours - as we booked late I was not sure they could or would remember. It’s a very quiet hotel considering it’s near the centre. The area is a bit shabby in parts but it has some lovely cafes and independent shops which is the vibe we wanted.
The room was very stylish and comfortable. We had all we needed apart from a kettle (not a necessity and we could get hot...

"This hotel is fabulous! The decor is funky and interesting, ALL the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, there was a good variety at the breakfast buffet. We hung out outside by the pool/fountain (wish it was a functional pool) and watched a Fifa match in their cool TV room. "The hotel was located on a slope . If you call a taxi, they will be able to go up the slope . My daughter and I call Uber and we had to literally haul up our luggages up the slope to reach the hotel . So that really take away the nice experience I had staying at the hotel ."
