"Courteous staff"

"Spent two nights and have nothing to complain about. Rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast had everything you would expect. Walking distance to the United center, which was why we chose it. Easy to park even though you have to have to pay a $30 parking nightly fee it's cheaper than the other alternatives and you are in a major city. Front of the house staff was accommodating. I would definitely recommend it, especially if you have a family that would benefit from having a full kitchen....

"VERY friendly and attentive staff, great room. Had a maintenance issue which was handled promptly. Comfortable bed. We appreciated option for breakfast buffet (good value but food was lukewarm at best regardless of whether we were there when it opened or two hours in.) great location. "

"Lots of dining and bar options near by as well as in the hotel itself. Great area. Room was ok, nothing special, except for the marshal amp Bluetooth speaker. No top sheet on bed, heard dogs whining and loud conversation in hall. But that’s to be expected on NYE. "

"Would definitely go again and recommend. We actually extended our stay an additional two days while there. Online says there’s limited free parking and paid parking, absolutely false. There’s only the paid parking. Parking cost $61USD per day. "

"Room was very clean and the beds were COMFY! It was quiet and the atmosphere was very nice. Loved the big open lobby to hang out in and restaurant/bar. The breakfast was good but was the same exact food all four days we were there, same potatoes, same waffles, same bacon. Also if the third person wanted to eat it was $26 and I have never eaten $26 worth of breakfast food in my life! You can use the 8 (four days) included tickets any way you like though. The staff was very friendly... shout out...

"For our needs, STAY was great. It was affordable and walkable to The Salt Shed, our reason for visiting. Business-friendly seems like a stretch unless you’re working in a private room on your bed. Keep in mind that since the kitchen has quiet hours until 8a, you won’t be able to prepare food there beforehand if that’s when your work hours begin. Personally, I wouldn’t feel comfortable working more than sending a few emails as there’s no real dedicated space."
