"Great location. Walking distance to the United Center for a concert. It's also within walking distance to Rush hospital (which thankfully we didn't need this time but did last time). The girl who checked us in, Morgan, was so sweet, upbeat and we loved her. I felt bad for her because she was dealing with an issue with a customer and she looked so stressed about it. Then she took a deep breath, looked at me and said she could check me in. And she acted like nothing had happened 5 seconds earlier. The hotel was clean and nice and perfect for our stay as I had to get up and work from the hotel in the morning, and since there was a nice desk area, my daughter was able to stay asleep w hile I worked."
