Some other reviews mention having had issues with rude staff but I had no such problems and was very pleased with every employee I encountered. "You have to keep in mind that the property is over 100 years old. It was a bit dusty and not as clean as we usually book - this did not appear to be neglect of property just fact it is really old. The bathroom had a sewer smell all the time that the staff “helped” with scented candles. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
