Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport - Directly connected to Haneda Airport Terminal 3
10/10 Excellent
"I stayed here for 10 nights and it was an amazing experience. The room was very clean and when needed service they did it quickly and well done. The staff was very kind and respectful. The breakfast was delicious. The laundry was very useful because i stayed there for 10 nights and it was very clean in there as well. Overall, an amazing hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in tokyo. 10/10"
"The welcome lady staff at the door is very efficient in taking over our luggages when we arrived and depart to take the airport limousine.
The breakfast buffet is not up to standard in quality based on the price we paid.
The lobby is not welcoming as it is too big and there are no complimentary coffee or water in the foyer for the guests like other hotels of similar status."
"Perfect stay at this hotel for our Disney trip. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The shuttle was incredibly convenient. Would recommend and stay here again."
"The positives: The staff is professional, kind, and very helpful. I would hire all of them in a Heartbeat. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The beds are comfortable. On the negative side: no shower in room, sink is in the room as opposed to behind a wall. The soap, moisturizer and all one expects in a bathroom is not there. There are little packages that you have to take from the front desk. Also, the wallpaper is peeling from walls. Carpet is awful and uncomfortable. Very very cheap."
