"The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essential amenities provided. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, making the overall experience even more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient, close to key attractions and transportation."

"The room and the staff are amazing the it was lovely and clean, only issue was paying extra for more clean towel"

"First of the descriptions of the place was very difficult to locate and I don't get it why they added photos of an university campus and the direction of address wasn't accurate. Then it stated free parking spot in the area, but I just received a parking ticket of £60 on same place with a photo of where I parked my rental car during my stay. I could have stayed at a hotel with parking spot and pay less. Maybe other customers will be okay with place, but I had a terrible experience and it's...

"Property was clean staff was helpful location was great for shopping and getting to buses and rail transportation. Would be great if there was refrigeration unit and a microwave in room. New restaurant food was okay coffee machine was not working and does not seem to be enough staff. Overall good stay!"
