"I had a quiet, peaceful stay. The hotel is beautiful, the room was spacious and clean. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shops in the downtown area of Decatur which was also very well maintained and quaint. Overall I had a fabulous stay!"

"I stayed for 3 days i eequested service daily and didnt recieve it . They also told me they didnt clean the rooms until the 3rd day wich on the 3rd day i did not recieve. (Mind you im a mom of 3 ) i would have paid extra money wasnt the issie we were on vacation! When it came to breakfast it was pretty good but i felt watch everytime and that was UNCOMFORTABLE. "The beds were clean and the breakfast area was clean but the carpet in the room was old, ripped and dirty, the lamps were in bad condition even the phone in the room was damaged. Rooms are outdated. Definitely the hotel needs to change the carpets and the lamps. I stayed in a lot of holiday inn hotels in the past and never had a bad experience until this time. The carpets were disgusting. I don’t think I stay in this hotels chains again."

"I was in town for business and I needed an inexpensive room, micro is in the title, and it should also be in the price! The room is very clean, small as expected, cold, AC, free Wi-Fi, HBO, surrounded by restaurants and easy access to the main roads. "The staff members that helped us were very friendly and gracious, however there were some problems with the facilities. One problem was the phone was disconnected in our room. Also, the ice machine was out of order on the 24th floor. An early morning excursion for coffee led to a ride on an elevator that went rogue, leading to a sudden stop on the 10th floor and then having it travel back up to the top floor unexpectedly."
