"Beautifully presented property, perfect for our stay with our son for his graduation. Short walk to the high street and short drive to the racecourse. As stated in another review, a bit more soundproofing would be beneficial as the people above had a baby/toddler, but it didn’t spoil our stay."

"First room over looked aircon units and smelt damp so changed rooms. Asked for firmer pillows and was offered bath towels instead. Finally got it right. Breakfast was great. Good choice and hot. Toaster as always one side brown the other near burnt. Bar staff excellent, fast service and friendly. The main dining room is another story. "Property is a little dated inside but clean and great value. Additional microwave [not used] and fridge with utensils are welcome. Overall a pleasant one night stay. Good location between town and Cheltenham Town FC "

"Was not provided with an access code. When I managed to contact the property manager they claimed no personal information was forwarded to them, ie; phone number or email from Expedia. I had to enlist the help of a nearby business to contact them 3 hours after the check in time. If Expedia doesn’t forward details why would you continue to use them as booking agents. Property was close enough to train station and quite location, front door was often not secured from the street "
