"The staff at the hotel are wonderful and are always welcome to great you. The breakfast is lovely and plenty of choice. The evening meal I had with them was okay, starter and sweet were fine, main course was a little bit dry and I told them about a so they refunded me on that item. Ithink they have only one kitchen catering to all and they were also catering to a large wedding party that night, No problem,I got my bill adjusted accordingly. "Expedia should be ashamed to charge for accommodation in what was a hostel for vagrants. During the period that access was unavailable to us, a neighbour told us that the Hamilton was used to house council-sent people, and we saw three such unfortunate people waiting to enter. "I’ve stayed here before several times in the same room but this time the bathroom had a dirty smell possibly the drains/urine. I brought it to the attention of the staff who agreed it didn’t snell clean and they said they would bring it to the attention of the cleaning staff the next day."
