"Very friendly staff in a great location. Everything is walkable. The room was boring (for an Arts Hotel), we were supposed to have a King bed but got a Queen. Mattress and pillows lumpy. Next time I might try a different hotel. "

"We had such a great stay at the DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Lancaster while we were in town for a cheer competition. We booked knowing there was construction going on, but it honestly didn’t impact our stay at all. "Unsure if this is for the future occupants. 1.I didn't understand that the view was an inside garden, it was beautiful, but no garden view and sunlight 2. I have enjoyed my stay and even attempted to stay extra 3 days with ,at least similiar rate, even if meant downsizing. Rooms were clearly available, there should have been some reasonable price to stay longer. Monies were spent elsewhere as a result. I also would have agreed to a later recheck in time, if needed. "The HVAC system kept the room comfortable. The bed was comfortable and clean. However the mirrors and shower door was not clean. The floor was vacuumed but the carpet close to the woodwork needed attention. "

"Convenient for us because we were attending a large swim meet at Franklin & Marshall (only a 5 minute drive). Surprised to see the mini-kitchen set with plates, cutlery, a dishwasher but that was nice. Right across the street from a major shopping area that had a lot of food choices.
