The pool was out of towels I asked the same front desk person for a towel she begrudgingly got one for me but added "we have a towel shortage". "This is a good hotel I've stayed at before. The location is great, the rooms are nice, and I ordinarily would give it all 5s. But there are some things hotel management needs to address. First, the lobby should be clean. But it is not being cleaned regularly if at all. The floor in the lobby seating area is not swept - there are crumbs and scraps of paper all over the floor. Food scraps and cup rings on the tables are not cleaned up day after day. Second, one thing I expect from a hotel in this...
