"Room was clean, but very very small. Location is in a residential area up in the hill and not in a walkable distance to main attractions. You definitely need uber, your own car or be knowledgeable to public bus. Room windows were towards a high traffic street. The mattress was in poor conditions, it was all inclined towards one side, like sleeping in a hole. "Amazing staff. The guest service is among the best I've ever experienced. They were always smiling and ready to offer any assistance or provide tourist information. The room for four people was spacious enough and very well-equipped. It also has a terrace on the fifth floor with a lovely view of the Clérigos Tower. From that terrace, we were able to prepare our own New Year's Eve dinner and enjoy the fireworks."
