"Clean modern quiet room and helpful staff"

"Room was clean enough, had everything we needed for a one night stay. Front desk was good."

"Room was big with a desk and a queen bed and large tv, had a tub with hot water to relax from a long travel, the bed was soft as well as the pillows and linen. Free water was available in the gym that was nice also and the aircon was on when i entered the room so that was a plus for me. The rooftop had a nice pool and a bar with two nice gentlemen waiting to serve you. I had a nice welcoming at the front desk also the cleaning personal were helpful and friendly you get free shuttle bus service from the airport the driver was very nice and on time with the schedule for pickup. I think if they had a little snack or gift shop would of been great.overall i had a nice experience at vhc in changi and the hotel is less then 30 minutes from the airport."

"The staff was very nice and helpful. The housekeeper did an excellent job of keeping the room clean. Be aware that the rooms are very small by Western standards but are also very affordable by Singapore standards! I would like to suggest that the hotel consider some small changes to the rooms that would make them easier to use. Storage of luggage and clothes is a challenge. I suggest a shelf be added above the bed on the wall for small items. I also suggest that a small corner table to be added next to the bed in the corner. The last suggestion is that the metal frame for hanging clothes have a shelf added to it for storing clothes or small suitcases. I put my carryon bag up there on the frame when it was empty. "
