"24 hrs front desk with all staff always provide good courteous service. Daily room service. Clean, breakfast fairly good. Location to access Chow Kit station 5 mints walk can go on Mono rail for many malls, attractions. Will go back again."

"This hotel location near golden triangle, you can you monorail to go to bukit bintang just 10-15 minutes. Beside that this hotel provide complete amenities on the room, breakfast was good, the place wasn't noisy so you can sleep at night and overall all is good while we stay and definitely will stay here again if we go to Malaysia next time"

"The reception was not that great. They socially profiled me and told me that I had to pay a deposit and that I shouldn't break anything. But I saw 2 people before me that didn't pay any deposit and their service was impeccable. And when I insisted that expedia didn't mention anything about it. They let it go but repeated multiple times that I should not break anything "

"I enjoyed my 2 night stay here very much. The design of the room is great & unique. The furniture is all modern & feels luxurious. Even though it’s just one room with a large bed, I felt that it was very spacious, not at all cramped as I’ve felt in other hotels. The view was very nice on the 11th floor.
