"This hotel deserves 5 stars. The rooms are absolutely incredible. For the price, you will be staying in a room far superior to a majority of what you might encounter in the US. My only comment is that the check in felt a bit cold, but I can get over that! The breakfast was also nice. The wait staff and chef went above and beyond "

"We stayed for 2 nights at the Grand Hyatt Xi'An in a Grand Club King Room. We went to Xi'An mainly to see the Terracotta Warriors. For us, we found this hotel was isolated from the main part of the town of Xi'An. We needed to take a taxi to get into the town centre. Apart from that, the room, the staff and the food were all at standard of what we would expect from the Grand Hyatt group. For us, the location wasn't the best."
