"I booked Upjohn House but was told I had to come to Henderson Castle to get the keys, and I should stay there instead. It was nice enough, the setting of Henderson Castle is beautiful. I had a lovely French breakfast my first morning, but when I came down the second morning, no one was around, I was told breakfast was from 6:30-9:30, and I was downstairs at 7:00. "Vibrant colors and comfortable lounge area with breakfast was nice. Free parking was excellent and easy to access. Room was mostly clean but shampoo/conditioner had not been refilled before my stay and were not refilled on my cleaning day. Staff were somewhat helpful but not as helpful as they could have been, especially regarding the snacks for purchase when they were not willing to point to something I was looking for even though I asked and instead let me find it myself."

"Rooms are just a bit dated. The fold out couch not super comfortable. Overall the room was nice and comfortable. Large enough for all 4. Hotel was quiet. Lots in the area. Front staff was amazing. We did not use the pool or weight room but they looked nice. Cute outdoor seating area with basketball court and grills. Large area for the free breakfast."

"The room was okay but the elevator was broken and the ice machine on the 1st and 2nd floors were broken so it wasn’t the best stay."
