"The biggest complaint is that the elevators were broken. We didn't get notified of this issue until the day of our check-in. However, I verified on past reviews that the elevators have been broken for 10+ days and reamined so throughout or 4 days there. Also, the pool was closed, despite the communicated maintenance not starting for another 3 weeks. Room was fairly clean, but they forgot to restock coffee cups. Plus linens and towels had small permanent stains. The entire site felt like it hadn't been well maintained in a few decades."

"No it was horrible and horrendous this place needs to b shut down u had to pay for everything nothing was free like it said on the internet i was a full refund couldn't wven get a cup of coffee for free "

"Our room was filthy! And when I called to the front desk as soon as I noticed everything, I was told there was nothing that could be done. She stated, all rooms were booked and she would leave me a card with the managers information to speak with her on Tuesday! This was a Friday when we checked in. The woman on the phone was very nice and apologized for not being able to do anything. I took pictures of everything. They have the time to show they were taken within 20 minutes of us checking in. The next morning I showed the staff at the front desk the pictures when I went to get the card with managers name and number. They were disgusted! And stated “something should have been done yesterday when I called the front desk”. Long story short, nothing was ever done about it. I called multiple times to speak to the “manager” but was told no manager was there to handle my issue. Time and time again I left my name and phone number. And never received a call back. There were many rooms booked that weekend for our event we attend every year. And I can tell you none of us will ever stay there again!"

"When I got there, my room had no toilet paper and no remote control for the TV. Luckily, the front desk person was helpful. I was there for 4 nights. The heat was spotty (sometimes it worked but most of the time it didn't). I woke up freezing two of the mornings."

"While checking out, I returned my remote control from the front desk I had to borrow because there was not one in the room. Told the front desk we had to shower without a shower curtian since the room did not have one and he did not flinch or make a comment. I told him it was time for us to leave anyways and he just started walking away. I asked him if he needed anything else from me and he just said no. That was the most he said. I asked where breakfast was and he pointed to a coffee machine that had a big spill, 4 granola bars that were the same flavor and one flavor of yogurt. I told him the guy last night mentioned bread foods and he just said the truck hasnt showed up. Obviously we had to go out to eat which made us a little late for our medical appointment. The next week i noticed we did not get our incidental back and had to call another location to get through where she had to have it refunded to me since they forgot to return it. First time I have ever had this problem. I do not llan to go back to an Extended Stay Ever."

"The location needs to put some money into upgrading the property. So many things from previous stays that caused damage that need to be fixed. Start with paint! "
