"The first room they assigned me reeked of cigarette smoke in the bathroom and near the bed had a strong urine smell. I immediately went back down, and they moved me to a suitable room that was very clean. I was satisfied with the promptness of the front desk."

"The staff was very courteous and helpful with information. The room was ready at check-in time and was very comfortable. No problems at all. Due to a personal plan change unrelated to Hampton Inns, I did not get a chance to try the complementary breakfast. The hotel was very convenient to areas along the west I-10 corridor."
