"This was our third stay and will definitely be back it is a lovely friendly place to stay and close to town centre. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent "

Excellent location for as we like to be near tourist attractions, restaurants and bars (all were 4-10 min walk from hotel) but off the main bit so it was quiet at the hotel. Close to railway also. "

"Comfortable and clean room. Gym was good. WiFi was good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location for the town centre. No parking with the hotel but options available nearby. Hotel bar was comfortable, ideally would have been nice to have better choice of ales on tap. Thanks "

"Great location right next to the station and an easy walk into the city centre. The ground floor has been nicely refurbished and makes a good first impression. Some investment has clearly gone into the rooms too (new taps etc.), but they don’t feel finished to the same standard. The bathroom in particular felt a little tired – the silicone around the shower was messy and old, the toilet didn’t flush easily, and the extractor fan was very loud. "And mid aged receptionist was slow. Was not to bothered that people were waiting in a queue waiting to be attended too. Too busy talking about personal life. Bar and breakfast staff were really pleasant and helpful Overall the property can do with an update. Had creaky floors in my room . Squeaky mattress and a loose toilet. "

"Amazing apartment, only thing missing was tea towel and hand towels. Couple more pillows for sofa bed we had to use cousons from sofa but managed. Great location for city centre , bars and restaurants. Used car park under premier inn across the road . "

"Great property. When we ran into troubles with the hot tub the owner was super responsive. The only downside was that there were only 2 towels so I recommend taking towels for the hot tub if you plan to use it."

"The breakfast was good enough depending on your choice, the evening meal In the restaurant wasn't what we expected and several people sent it back, the menu doesn't change from night to night, and the thing I noticed in the hotel trophy was a good food trophy from 2001, other wise were happy with our stay"
