Hotel dekat Old Laundry Corner

"Great location only a few minutes walk from centre. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Quiet rooms, good size with comfy bed. Wouldn’t recommend the off site parking that’s recommended by the hotel, very tight parking spaces. Would definitely recommend and would stay again."

"Resepsionis yang ramah, kami boleh check in lebih awal karena kamar sudah siap dan kamar di hari pertama diupgrade ke kamar superior (seharusnya kamar standard, namun karena hari berikutnya booking di kamar superior, maka oleh resepsionis hari pertama sudah diberi kamar superior. Lokasi hotel juga strategis, di tengah kota dan dekat dengan tempat wisata"

"Unique and fun hotel, room had nice decor, only a couple of minor things like one of the water glasses was definitely not clean and there were a couple of stains on the bedsheet. 50% off Pepper street car parking also really good!"

"We loved the 2 rooms we had here - a lot of amenities were provided in a small space. Communication and instructions for the late check in were excellent. Beds were comfy and it was quiet at night. Great locations with lots of restaurants in the close vicinity."

"The cat was a welcome bonus. The food was good."

"Room was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast buffet was good."

"Handy location, a five-minute walk to the city centre and near the racecourse. Secure car park is a huge bonus (extra charge). Okay for one or two nights"

"great ground floor rooms for people disabled or with dogs"

"Spa brilliant and all staff super friendly"

"I’d booked for a room in the Queens Wing however was given a room in the Kings wing. The room was quite dated, the carpet was old and lots of wear and tear. The room and corridors were musty smelling. The reception and bar area have been refurbished since my last visit however the rest of the hotel still needs work!"

"We had a really nice 2 night stay, all of the staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was great and there were a few choices, we also ate there one evening and the food was delicious. The only downside was the bed was very low and not very comfortable for us but others might find it ok. There is also off road parking which is a bonus and it’s a 10/15 minute walk into Chester. Overall we were very happy with our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel."

"Well position hotel although a little tired - great for business or a boozy a weekend but there might be better places for a romantic one"

"Really good location that was in the heart of downtown and a close walk to everything."

"Room was very clean, on-suite ws was on the"
