"Lovely property, great decor. In a beautiful spot next to the River Dee. Great seeing various boats passing by. Loved sitting out on the patio. The inside of the house has everything you could possibly need. The owner, Chris, keeps in touch to make sure you are happy with everything. Lots of lovely walks nearby, miniature railway in the park at the end of the road. Short walk into Chester. We would definitely like to go back. "

"Room was small with no airflow BUT what made our stay was the exceptional staff in the pub. They were so very caring, friendly and addressed my daughter’s multiple allergies with ease. It was very rare experience that way. Would visit again"

"This was a lovely hotel in an old mill. Breakfast was included and good with a simple buffet style in the lovely dining room. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Parking was good and easy at a cost. The spa was free but unfortunately we didn’t have our swimmers with us. Great location with easy walking distance to the city and restaurants."
