"Extraordinary hotel. The room was incredible. Service to the room (twice daily) was amazing. The breakfast was the best we have had in any hotel (and we travel quite a bit); Location of the hotel was perfect. Best part of this trip was TONY, who took special care of us from the moment we arrived until we left. He is a huge asset and we look forward to seeing him again when we return."

"I was only here for one night and truly wished I spent my entire stay at the Clerk & Well. What a home-away-from-home! So cozy, quaint, spacious, and spotless! Top-notch hospitality from the entire staff. The neighborhood is also so lovely and central with lots of cute blocks to explore great restaurants and wine bars. I am so happy to have found this gem of a hotel. Thank you!"

"The hotel was clean, the room although small was very comfortable. The shower was great, only issue was the lack of storage places. Service was great, and the fruit for breakfast was very good. Also, the location is perfect since it has good transportation options as well as it is very close to restaurants, shops and markets! "

"I found this room when looking for a reasonably-priced room near Kings Cross in London with a queen-sized bed, a mini-fridge, and enough space to move around. This checks all those boxes and more! Most of the other rooms I found around this price range were much smaller, had twin/full size beds, and no fridge/kitchen. "Location is good, many restaurant around. Close to Russel Square tube station. 15 minutes to Covent Garden and China Town. Room was spacious. The cons was the water presdure in my shower very low. Try to ask the reception (lady with a long hair) and she promise to fix it tomorrow but while I came back to my room the shower still the same with very low pressure. "
