"We got there early about 230 pm because 3 pm was the chk in time on Expedia but when we got there, we were told chk in is at 4 pm. We were told it's $25 to chk in and since we were told fr a long drive, we agreed. We wish that Expedia would have updated this info on their app. The linen on the bottom of the bed was not fully covered. They did not leave extra tissue box for a stay. Don't touch the remote control unless you have sanitizing wipes, it was filthy. I have stayed here before many times before the hotel changed it's name twice. No chk out on their TV console either like other hotels we had stayed in. There's not much restaurant in the hotel as it used to be. It was an anniversary trip for us & a bit disappointing experience. We love Lake Tahoe but will not stay here again."
