"We needed a larger space in order to work throughout the weekend. This space was great! The hotel is clean. The staff are wonderful. Although parkade renovations meant a shuttle ride to the vehicle, they were extremely organized in making sure shuttles were always available. My only downside was the bed was a bit too hard for me, so I didn't sleep as well as I would have liked, but that's very much preference and you can't please everyone🙂"

"Booked the room last minute, looking for place that would take me and my cat! The room was very clean, staff very friendly, bed was very comfy, and the shower was nice and hot. What more can you need?! Nice location as well, would definitely recommend to others to stay."

"They make it clear up front that this is a "party hostel" there will be noise, there will be bunk beds, there will be slippers so we don't muck up the floors. My bed had a privacy curtain so I could look at my phone without disturbing others. There is a kitchen you can use. Right in the core of Canmore. My sleep was lousy."

"Great room, cleanliness and view was stunning. Only thing is the hot tub situation, if there would have been more than one at least per building, it was hard to get a chance to enjoy it there was always overcrowding at the hot tub. Other than that for the room itself 5 stars. Also the parking placement for 401 was a little confusing and questionable. Love that the room supplied and generous amount of shampoo, body wash and conditioner. "

"Kitchen was not properly stocked. No salt, pepper, sugar, oil, etc. When we asked for it, they brought us small sachets instead of actual shakers. Laundry washer was dirty and had a smell to it. Shower faucets were dirty/rusted. Also parking is not designated and not guaranteed. We had to find parking outside which was far one night. And no smart tv. For the price, they are charging i’d recommend looking at other properties. This places needs a few updates."

"This is our second stay straddling a ski trip and I had a very positive experience. Firstly, due to my own mistake I booked Thursday instead of Wednesday, but the front desk staff (sorry I didn't catch the name, she would have been there Wednesday April 29th around 9pm) was very accommodating in finding me a last minute room, and also helped find a room that better suits my sleeping difficulties (further from frequent traffic). I'm very grateful and had a great stay. The room was nicely cleaned...
