Got a room upgrade - to a huge, beautiful room with expansive view and even a balcony! Would definitely stay here again."

"Very convenient hotel in NoMad, very centrally located. The hotel is clean and staff is very friendly. If there’s one negative thing to say, the rooms could be slightly bigger.. it’s perfect for single travelers though. I’ll stay here again."

"I had an amazing check-in experience with Crystal. We were able to check in right away with no issues at all. The staff was very welcoming every time we entered and left the hotel. Our rooms were nice and clean. They ask you if you would like to have room service every day or every other day. The Wi-Fi is good. This is close to a lot of locations and train stations so it was very easy to get around there is a 24 hour ping-pong place right next-door which was super fun. There is Starbucks...

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
