Everyone (and I mean everyone) was friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to be helpful which made our stay very pleasant. "really enjoyed my stay! The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, bars, and other attractions. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. It was easy to find my room, which was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The beds were incredibly cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"I don’t like how we were charged for parking.
Why do we have to pay for parking at the hotel parking lot? 10.00 a vehicle and I had two vehicles.
Why? That should have been included in the reservation. "
