Wonderful views of Nagoya Castle and their own private Japanese garden. An extraordinary swimming pool, onsen, and sauna with full cedar logs. What was even more impressive was the generous and dedicated staff. They pampered us, treated us exceptionally at every opportunity. They all made us feel like special guests. We met the manager of the hotel, the manager of the restaurants on site, along with pleasant introductions to dozens of attentive hotel employees. We never have had such a wonderful experience from top to bottom. Nagoya was an unplanned stop during our Japan vacation and now we are already trying to see when we can get back to Japan and specifically Espacio Nagoya Castle since we can't stop thinking about what a great time we had there."
