"Chose this location due to it advertising 24 hour shuttle service. This is inaccurate, they call you an Uber and hope for the best. We were told to be at the front desk 15 minutes prior to needing to arrive at the airport. We showed up 20 minutes early, waited over 45 minutes on the Uber and almost missed our flight. We had 9 minutes left to board when we finally got through TSA. So the advertisement of 24 hour shuttle service is inaccurate."

"Dirty carpets. Toilet did not work on arrival went to desk. On the third floor and had to go downstairs on the main floor to use the restroom down there. The security door on the right side was not locked. Nor did it lock. It was unlocked when we went in last night and remained so"
