"TERRIBLE !! - The worst experience ever! The reception didn't allow me to check-in because I arrived at 23h05, which is outside 23h00 check-in time. The security guard told me there was no staff around. Not sure if that means they closed the reception much earlier and departed immediately at 23h00. "I didn't expect much from a budget hostel, however there are still things where this hostel can improve. 1. Rooming system (I found my bed was already used by someone else, before I asked for another bed). 2. Maintenance (The luggage bin beneath my bed was broken, couldn't close firmly). 3. Cleanliness (The toilet needed a more periodic cleaning before it stank) 4. Signage (Some people may have difficulty to find the entrance door the first time).
