"Lovely hotel, shuttle runs to Disney land every hour in the morning. 4 euros per person. Breakfast area is small only had to wait one day. Staff seem nice. Cleaners came everyday to make beds. "

"Most Staff unhelpful and most rude to foreigners. Some staff are helpful and try to go above and beyond, it kind of makes up for all the other rude staff. Bus to Disney doesn’t run all day, and doesn’t run during peak hours, also unclear instructions on drop off and pick up locations. Hotel is very clean but the bidet doesn’t work so that sucks. "Het was een mooi en schoon hotel met een ruime familiekamer, alleen wij persoonlijk vonden de matrassen erg hard en dus niet heel best geslapen. Maar dat is natuurlijk persoonlijk. Airco was ook twijfelachtig. Parkeren was ook fijn omdat je niet buiten hoefde te staan. Voor €16 p/p mag het ontbijt wel iets beter, stond geen melk voor cornflakes bijv. Was net iets te duur voor wat je allemaaal kunt eten. Aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Dus over het algemeen wel een goed hotel."

"This is our second time at the hotel and we’ve recommended it to others. The location and the shuttle bus are really convenient. Rooms are a decent size with good amenieties. But if you’re booking soon be aware that the pool is out of action and there is a lot of refurb work happening. I didn’t know this and certainly don’t feel it was reflected in the price. Some of the staff are lovely, but the breakfast team can be quite rude! Book it for the location rather than the service! "

"The location of this property is perfect, very hard to beat unless you're staying in a Disney hotel. You are around a 15-20 minute walk away from Disneyland park and a 10-15 minute walk from the shopping centre. The hotel operates a free shuttle to the park, we were told, if you don't fancy the short walk, but we ended up walking everywhere since it was a very lovely sunny weekend. The room was clean and had what you needed for your stay. The only issue is that the rooms are not soundproof, so...
