"In regards to the hotel cleanliness, variety and space at breakfast, staff availability and friendliness, this hotel gets a 10. Marks have been deducted as during our stay on the last night/ morning we had no water in our room, so not able to shower, or flush the toilet. There were no notifications, I went to reception and was advised it was an issue with the whole area, I expected to be notified BEFORE going to reception, was offered more bottle water. Once I returned I sent an email to the hotel asking for clarification of what happened as the gent at reception could not offer much of an answer. It has been over 2 weels, no response to my email and no update provided. Very disappointed with the hotel tbh, for this reason I would not return. I do however want to commend the staff that worked during our 3 night stay, everyone we spoke with was a delight. A huge thank you to the lovely lady at the bar who recommended the mint tea for my mum, even added extra mint leaves for added flavour, my mum was very impressed - Aminata you are a star."

"The staff were friendly and welcoming . The rooms were clean. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty and we had to keep going to the front desk for small bottles . The beds were comfortable and our family of four had plenty of room to sleep. The pull out bed had a great mattress which made for a good sleep. There is a great French bakery close by. Not too many others within walking distance . We did not enjoy the in house breakfast . We had to wait in a long line, and then we sat separately from other family members because of a lack of seating . The breakfast selection was standard and the food was adequate but not great.. overall the room was clean and close to Disney which made up for any issues described above ."
