"Amazing hotel located away from the hustle and bustle of Nice. The concierge, Sissy, a lovely lady made us feel very welcome and taken care of. Very nice chats with her. We stayed in room 216. Quite spacious. Everything worked well. Room had all the possible extras you can think of - coffee maker, electric tea kettle, fridge, tv, safe etc. Plenty of storage space. Breakfast buffet was great quality as well, it’s 20 euro per person if you pay at the hotel so I suggest opting for the expedia...

"Location excellent. Room was not clean good. Drain in shower was not working. In one mins was floating. 3 days take to fix. Water was leaking from ceiling at midnight. A/C problem. Shot of a/c till fixed next day. Not install grill on a/c and air was flow every where. Next day install the grill. Make pictures of every thing. Will ask Expedia compensation."

"Great location for Train/Buss connections and a short walk to the main shopping street and the Promenade. Rooms were basic but clean, the beds were very comfortable and the outdoor pool was in a nice Oasis garden setting. A great place to cool off after a day of walking/sightseeing. The staff were very welcoming and friendly a big shout out to Monty who went the extra mile for us on a few occasions."

"Does not feel like a 4 star hotel. The rooms were not cleaned very well…. I don’t even know if my bedsheets got fully changed… I could smell dirty cheesy feet near the pillow when I was sleeping… I was so thrown off by the smell. The filtered glass bottle water they provided was clearly not cleaned by the previous guest who put their lips on the bottle… thank goodness I checked it before pouring myself a glass of water. The carpet had some red stains…. The tub did not drain well when showering...
