"A lovely place to stay. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the duvet was happily not tucked into the bed, meaning you could get straight in without having to re-tuck the bed sheet in (tucked in duvets is a pet hate!). The food was amazing, the staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the overall ambiance of the place was lovely. Will definitely stay again."

"Probably great if you are a golf and spa person. However, if you had other ideas, such hiking and have no vehicle, not great. There is a hiking trail that starts behind the Golf Club where they store the golf carts (it took us a few hours to find it as the instructions how to get to it were hard to find). The trail (Vale Trail 8) takes you through boggy bug infested fields for hours before you get to the forest, but we never made it, somehow losing the trail and running out of water). So, unless...

"Rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable. Food at the pub was the best we had during 2 weeks in Wales. Staff was helpful, friendly, and very accomodating. Highly recommend this place as convient to the Cardiff airport and very comfortable."

Great selection available for the continental breakfast and all presented nicely. Great comeunication from the host prior to arrival and the whole experience was very welcoming."
