Lo que no ha gustado no tiene que ver con arena 20 sino con la forma de construir y diseñar, por ejemplo hay pequeñas corrientes que al no haber puertas no se atenúan, la calefacción (en febrero) se ha necesitado pero es bomba de calor con el aire acondicionado, de difícil regulación y distribución del calor, y el aislamiento acústico no es de lo mejor. La gestión es satisfactoria, al tener problema responden rápido y amable. El agua caliente tras varias...

Lo que le faltó fue una secadora de ropa creo es necesaria pues con una estancia de más de dos días uno quiere lavar ropa pero con tiempo de invierno no se alcanza a secar ya que hay que colgar la ropa en los muebles, también el agua de la regadera dura poco tiempo caliente al igual para tiempo de invierno si es...

"It was a 2 bedroom family accommodation. Pros, good location and two full bathrooms. Cons, heater didn't work, no coffee machine and we weren't advised that there were no towels.... As it was low season, contacting someone in person was not easy. Apartment was recently renovated so it was nice."

"We were mislead. The first photo on your website was the view of the roof garden, which was a huge draw- especially with the backdrop of the beach. However when we arrived we read the note that the roof garden was private. "No access"! The two flats were interchangeable on your web page. The photos were mixed up and we had no knowledge which flat was ours until we arrived. Also they are both described as suitable for 8 people. We are a family of 8. Only 6 beds were made up, and no spare bedding...
