"We stayed at Hotel Primus Valencia for 4 nights during the Fallas festival and they exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was incredible and well worth the 12 euros per person. So much variety, quality and the wait staff was great. The hotel also helped us add an extra room (for a reasonable fee of course but given the busy season, we were impressed). Location was perfect for the evening fireworks and right on a major bus line to take you to the old city. The park is an easy walk, as is the City of Arts and Sciences and there are lots of restaurant options in the area. We also felt very safe here and in the surrounding area. The only downside was the elevators weren't working all that well during our stay."
"Comfortable and spacious rooms, nice location. However, during our visit the pool was under maintenance and closed - this was not mentioned when booking with Expedia. Additionally, there was an issue with the room key cards which created an inconvenience for us and the staff. Would return as both issues were temporary!"
"The room was not exactly clean. It was spacious, but there were stains on the white sheets facing upward on the bed, so we asked them to be changed. There was also a lack of cleanliness in the room and bathroom--I wiped up a dried coffee spill on the desk and the glass walls of the bathroom had what I hope were water splatters running down them. The room itself was spacious and the desk was spacious. The bathroom had no real proper door--there was a sliding door that sectioned off the sleeping room from the front door of the room and bathroom area. They had decided to charge people to be on the rooftop for the fireworks, but hadn't mentioned this beforehand. There was parking under the hotel, but the hotel did not respond to my request before my stay asking where the parking was located. The hotel was "nice" but lacked cleanliness. "
"Very well located right on the beach! Breakfast at the Hotel Restaurant was very good. We also had dinner there twice and we very much appreciated. No complaints at all! We enjoyed our stay very much."
