Serviced Apartment di Vallensbæk Kommune

"We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel is perfectly located, we always felt we were around 10-20 minute walk from most of the places we wanted to see. The rooms are spacious, very clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable. I also loved the bar downstairs, the cocktails are delicious and it's the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring. The staff are all incredibly efficient and kind and I would highly recommend staying here if you're coming to Copenhagen. We already can't...

"Overall the room was clean, check in was easy, and staff was reliable. However there was a foul odor in the bathroom the entire time I was there. The staff were reliable and tried to figure out what it was. We thought ventilation or the drains but the smell remained. Definitely disappointing since the room looked so nice and was in a decent location."

"Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Very efficient little suite. Good use of space. Good location."

"Struttura molto centrale vicina alle maggiori attrazioni. Il quartiere e ben servizio dai mezzi di trasporto. Personale molto attivo nelle comunicazione e informazioni. Ottimo il programma di informazioni e consigli, Nelle vicinanze molti negozi per le varie necessità. Consiglierei alla proprietà di aggiungere, almeno nel nostro appartamento, qualche armadietto in piu' dove riporre gli effetti personali. Per il resto soggiorno piacevole. Grazie"

"After we reached they told me that i needed to wait and fill documents for all of us and wait for confirmation!! We were waiting outside the apartment with our luggage just for confirmation!! Why they didn’t send us that from before ??"

"We were a family of 5 adults travelling, and we travel extensively. We were in the three bedroom Sophie apartment for 3 nights. The apartment faces the Church and we had our windows open for ventilation. Location is excellent and the reception staff (online) were always very helpful and extremely responsive). Centrally located which was great. However there were several pitfalls. It was always noisy at night - there must be a pub nearby so we could hear the thumping of the music. In the morning...

"The bathroom definitely needs a facelift, although the kitchen looks like newly remodeled. Check-in instruction was not precise as we weren’t told exactly the lockbox location in the building. The unit is in a public housing complex, with barebone furnishings even to Danish minimalism standards. We requested for a quiet unit, but assigned to one that is directly facing parking lot and garbage collection yard, let alone there was a repair work exteriorly right under our windows for the entire...

"Apartment hotel studio room was exactly as expected, clean, large, small kitchenette and eating area. In unit washer available, very useful and the reason why we booked this (washer&dryer in the basement). Complimentary morning coffee in the lobby, complimentary drinks at happy hour and another later hour was a fun hotel amenity. But, not for light sleepers as church bells ring every 15-30 minutes from 8:00AM to midnight. Walk in shower is small and you will get water everywhere, but this is a...

"Small issue with the bathroom but that was resolved quickly due to very responsive comms from the host. Apartment was excellent and had everything we needed. Location was good, things were tidy. Small criticism around the shower and how it leaks over the whole bathroom, making the entire floor *incredibly* slippy for a long period after, but other than that, really no complaints whatsoever"

"Great location, close to the beach, short walk to shops and bakery’s. Really easy to get to from the airport and into town with the metro system in place. If you are travelling as a couple or family I would recommend this location."

"La comunicación con la propiedad es horrible. La ducha no funcionaba y tardaron 12 horas en responder sin ninguna solución."
