"I did not appreciate the hard time we were given about my group eating breakfast, they will harass you about a ticket to eat but upon booking it said it was included but when we got there, they said there was a fee for brkfst which means it's not included, then they proceeded to try to charge 10/ head for the horrible food had i known, i would have saved my money and ate elsewhere because it was terrible, housekeeping staff was great and on top of it, rms just mediocre, i am Def used to higher...

"I do like that the mall is across the street from a hotel. It is what you expect from a hotel with this price on it so don't expect a lot. What I will say is that the room was not that clean. My room still got a strong cigarette smell even though I got a non smoking room."

"Delicious breakfast, clean room, nice gym!"

"Great weekend stay. We enjoyed it!"

"I loved the room. It felt like a little apartment that I did not want to leave. Loved the bathroom and the suite was modernized."

"Great breakfast, friendly staff but terribly maintained and unclean"

"Great stay, clean room and pool. Bar and restaurant onsite was convenient."

"The walls were not think enough too much noise from other guests and loud noises…. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly but it’s the noise factor from the other people. The air conditioning didn’t work."

"We didn’t have a great experience at this property. Alarm went off at 4am and had to go out in the freezing cold in the middle of the night with my toddler in arms. Apparently it has happened multiple times in the past at 4am. We checked out right away after this experience and didn’t even use any facilities. Stay away if you want to have a good experience."

"I was charged $500 for “smoking” in my room when I don’t smoke. When I disputed the charge with the manager, he would not remove the charge and would not provide any documentation to support the charge. I would NEVER stay at this location again."

"To be honest, there are a few hotels of choice that I stay at depending upon where I stop. But when I do stay at the Holiday in Express, it is always clean, check-in and check out is quick. There are good choices for breakfast, but somehow, I always manage to miss bacon day. 😆 parking is free."
