"The room was great more than I expected and it was very clean and quiet. The staff was excellent. The only negative was the food at the restaurant located in the resort. They provide a free breakfast that made me very ill more than likely food poisoning other guests also complained of the same symptoms. Nice stay just don’t eat the food at the restaurant located."

"Small, quiet hotel with a fantastic location in the Arts District. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and the shower is great. I did wish that the hotel had a gym. One thing to keep in mind is First Friday, which is a loud street festival that takes place on the first Friday of every month. If your room faces Main you will hear it. We managed to fall asleep by 11, though. I would stay at this hotel again without question. "

"I got to my room and the bed was dirty. The bed had crumbs and hair. Then, I pulled up the covers from the bed and saw the wet towels and stains in the sheets. I felt so disgusted to see that the bed was super dirty, the sheets not changed and if the bed was not clean that means that the room was not clean either. So disappointing because I really enjoyed staying at this hotel Element."

"We liked that you had to be 21 years old to stay at this hotel. There wasn’t kids running around and things like that which was kind of a nice change. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful, it was just really nice. The only thing that we did not care for was the music in the hotel which was way too loud and I’m hard of hearing and it was not very good music and it was the same at the pool. "Rooms were good. Quiet setting Buffet food wasnt very warm and doesnt give discounts for guests that are staying there. Although they charge $37 per day for a usless resort fee"

"Great hotel, room, halls bathroom and hotel elevator were nice and clean, the lighting and modernity are amazing. The staff were all friendly and the in hotel amenities + food and drinks are spectacular. There was only one negative thing that was the parking lot elevator, it sort of smells."

"I stayed in the Alexandria tower and it looked something from the twilight zone very dark and emo looking not very welcoming thankfully I only had to stay for a night since I was in Town for a conference and the fountainbleu was booked. I would never stay here again. All restaurants were horrible. I tried the Mexican and Italian restaurants the food was a 1/10. "

"Everything had a cost Nickel and dime you to death. Uncertain about cost to go swimming, no help around to explain cost to pool was not free had to pay. Unclear about charge. Last time I well go back to Vegas. The only positive was playing Bingo which was fun. And leaving."
