The shared kitchen is organized so nicely, the living space and deck are right at the waterfront - mere steps to the ocean and a five minute walk to a public swimming point. If you want to go to bed early or stay in bed late, don’t forget to bring your earplugs if you are in the main building because you can hear people at breakfast.
